Large steel rollers (mostly between 3 and 6m long) are used widely in the large printing machine, paper mill industry and textile industry etc. All kind of surface coating such as paint, zinc plate, EPDM rubber coating and Teflon coating etc. is available.
Usually the steel rollers need to be grinded on CNC grinding machine to ensure have a good run-out and cylindricity tolerance and have a dynamic balanced.
